What Are the Dates and Times for the Spring League?

We offer two separate leagues to accommodate players in different areas: one hosted at the MOSH Performance Center in Franklin, WI, and the other at the Brookfield Sports Complex in Brookfield, WI. Game times for both leagues will be scheduled between 4:30 PM and 10:00 PM, depending on the league you choose to join. Choose the location that works best for you and enjoy an exciting season of flag football!

How Are Teams Organized?

Our flag football teams are designed to be coed, allowing boys and girls to learn and enjoy the sport together. We aim to offer divisions for kids aged 4 to 14 (kindergarten through eighth grade), ensuring players compete with peers of similar age and ability.

DIVISIONS:

Teams are organized by the athlete's current grade (not age)

K-2nd Grade Coed Division
3rd-4th Grade Coed Division
5th-6th Grade Coed Division
7th-8th Grade Coed Division

While this structure is our goal, divisions are subject to change based on registration counts. Final divisions and team assignments will be determined once registration closes and rosters are finalized.

Why does the MOSH Leagues cost more than the BSC Leagues?

The MOSH Leagues costs more than the BSC Leagues because they offer expanded benefits and reflects the continued growth of our program. While the BSC Leagues follow the format established during our inaugural season—focusing on fun and competition with custom Under Armour game jerseys—the MOSH Leagues have evolved as our program has grown.

The MOSH Leagues are part of the prestigious Under Armour National Championship Tournament Series. In each season, this provides championship teams from each division the chance to qualify for the ultimate competition UNDER THE LIGHTS at premier sports facilities in Florida, competing against the best teams in the country for the title of National Champions.

In addition to custom UA game jerseys, players in the MOSH Leagues also receive UA game shorts, trophies, medals for champions and coaches, national rankings qualification, and access to discounted Under Armour gear. The elevated experience ensures players of all skill levels enjoy competitive, high-quality gameplay while advancing their skills.

This expanded offering and the added opportunities for players and teams represent the growth and development of our program, making the MOSH Leagues an investment in a truly exceptional flag football experience.

If my athlete qualifies for the National Championship Tournament, is the cost included in the registration fees?

The tournament fees for the National Championship are included in the registration costs, so there will be no additional charges for participation. However, travel and lodging expenses for both the athlete and their family will be the responsibility of the athlete's family.

Join the fun and competition at the Brookfield Indoor League, hosted at the Brookfield Sports Complex in Brookfield, WI! Building on the strong foundation of the former Brookfield Indoor Youth Football League, this program combines the excitement of flag football with an emphasis on teamwork and enjoyment for players of all abilities.

Players will sport custom Under Armour game jerseys, providing a professional touch to every match. While the league focuses on fun and local competition, it retains a commitment to high-quality gameplay and fostering young athletes' love for the sport. Under the Lights is the ORIGINAL exclusive youth flag football partner of Unrivaled Sports. The league is for both boys and girls of all skill levels and promotes a competitive, confidence building, non-contact football experience. Registration is OPEN for the 2025 Spring D1 Flag | Under the Lights youth flag football league.

REGISTRATION:

D1 Flag | MOSH PC: Registration Pricing of $240 closes on March 8th at 5 PM
D1 Flag | BSC: Registration Pricing of $195 closes on March 15th at 5 PM
Registration amount does not include credit card or processing fees
NOTE If we reach capacity prior to the published registration close date we will close registration early

GENERAL LEAGUE FORMAT:

6 game season plus playoffs or consolation games
6 v 6 format on 25 yd wide x 40 yd long fields
NO pass rush, just a 3-6 second sack count. Emphasis on the pass game and run game limitations.
Practices are held 30 minutes before the games (Coaches have the option to practice during other nights of the week to prepare their teams).
NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request (these are requests and cannot be guaranteed). Single players will be placed on teams with some similarity and familiarity such as same school, neighborhood, organization, etc. as the other players on the team. But teams will be balanced.

REFUND POLICY:

We at Under the Lights Flag offer the following refunds within these specific timelines. All refund requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner.

FULL or 100% registration fee refund if requested before uniforms are ordered for the league which occurs 4 weeks prior to kickoff.
HALF or 50% registration fee refund if requested after uniforms are ordered and up until the Monday after the 1st game of the season
NO REFUND request submitted and processed after the Monday after the 1st game of the season
In the event that the Under the Lights Flag season is canceled prior to the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event such as a COVID19 outbreak, then HALF or 50% registration fee refund will be processed. If the season is canceled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event such as a COVID19 outbreak, NO REFUND will be processed.

COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS:

All coaches are volunteers.
All Coaches and Volunteers must provide the Commissioner of your league with a current Coaches certification and background check. Each certificate is valid for 1 calendar year. If you need to update or obtain both please use the following links:
