This ceremony mirrors the anticipation and excitement of collegiate draft days, instilling a profound sense of pride and belonging in each player from the get-go. As names are announced, each athlete receives their team jersey and their youth flag football "offer letter" (National Letter of Intent), symbolizing their integral role within the league and their team, thereby cultivating a strong sense of unity right from the start.
