Program Overview
The D1 Youth Athletics Internship Program is tailored for students and recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in sports marketing, event planning, operations, and community engagement. While the primary focus is on marketing, this program offers a well-rounded exposure to various aspects of youth sports management. As a D1 Youth Athletics intern, you’ll take part in creating impactful content, managing game day logistics, and directly engaging with the local sports community through our programs in flag football, cheerleading, and our future sports programming. This is a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills while playing a key role in the growth of youth athletics.

Internships are available year-round, with flexible start dates to fit your academic schedule. A minimum commitment of 10 hours per week for one semester is required.
